Communication formats

It’s important that you receive information in a form that is easy for you to use.

We aim to use plain English and clear print in all documents, and we review our website regularly to ensure that it meets access standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium and the Disability Rights Commission guidelines.

Accessible formats

If you would like any of our tenant information in another format such as braille, large print, audio CD or easy read, please complete our  online alternative formats request form .

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can use Text Direct, a free national telephone service from BT and Action on Hearing Loss. To use Text Direct dial 18001 plus the Habinteg Direct number: 0300 365 3100 (call charges vary depending on telephone provider).

Sometimes, we can also help with translations into other languages. We can use a service that will put you in touch with a translator by telephone.

Please contact our Customer Services Team at Habinteg Direct If you have any questions about getting information in other formats. Call them on 0300 365 3100 or email direct@habinteg.org.uk .
