Housing application form

The best way to apply for social housing is through your local authority's Choice Based Lettings service. This will allow you to bid for homes with local social housing providers, including Habinteg.

However, you can also apply for accessible homes directly with us. You'll need to apply to be added to our waiting list so we can match you to a suitable accessible home.

Please note: We can only accept applications for areas where the waiting list is open.  

Before you apply, please ensure you have completed the following:

• Read  Lettings Policy Guidance for Customers
• Read Your rights and responsibilities  

At any point, when completing the application form, you can save and edit later. When you select the 'save and edit later' button, you will have to provide your email address and then select the 'email me' button.  An email with a link to your unfinished application form will be sent to your email address.

Please note: If you do not require a wheelchair accessible home, please check the list of areas above, to confirm the waiting list for your area is open before you complete this form.
