The best way to apply for social housing is through your local authority's Choice Based Lettings service. This will allow you to bid for homes with local social housing providers, including Habinteg.
However, you can also apply for accessible homes directly with us. You'll need to apply to be added to our waiting list so we can match you to a suitable accessible home.
We have a total of 75 dwellings in Hull City Centre including 41 flats, 10 houses and 24 bungalows. 27 of our Hull City Centre dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users and have an emergency alarm system.

We have a total of 75 dwellings in Hull City Centre including 41 flats, 10 houses and 24 bungalows. 27 of our Hull City Centre dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users and have an emergency alarm system. 16 of our Hull City dwellings is for over 55’s and people with special needs (no young children or pets are permitted). When we interview applicants we agree with them what (if any) assistance they may need from us to help them live independently, and we review their needs periodically in consultation with them.
