We have a total of 18 dwellings dispersed around Crownhill, Emerson Valley, Old Farm Park and Westcroft areas, including 16 bungalows and 2 houses. All of these dwellings are specifically designed for wheelchair users.

When we interview applicants we agree with them what (if any) assistance they may need from us to help them live independently, and we review their needs periodically in consultation with them.
We do not currently have any properties available to let, however you can apply to join the waiting list for this area if it is open (see table below).
