Annual Report to Tenants 2024 is now available

We’re pleased to announce that our Annual Report to Tenants 2024 is now available to read on our website.

The report is an overview of Habinteg’s performance between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024 and features the results of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures for this period.

Our report is a colourful, easy to read, illustrated report with photography and graphic icons that’s been produced in collaboration with our Editorial Panel tenant group.

What’s the Annual Report to Tenants?

Since 2011, the Social Housing Regulator has required all social housing providers to produce an annual report for its tenants.

In our 2024 Annual Report to Tenants, you'll find information on how we’ve performed over the previous financial year, how we use the money we get from rents and service charges, where we're doing well and where we need to improve.

It covers information on how we’re improving your homes, including the total number of repairs and their costs, how we are improving the quality of our homes through component replacement, what we are doing to improve your community, and much more.

Where does the information in the report come from?

Most of the performance information featured in this report is from Habinteg’s data collecting systems. Additional financial performance, health and safety compliance data, and customer satisfaction data can be found in their 2024 audited Financial Statements document. Editorial Panel Review

Habinteg’s Editorial Panel group have reviewed and given feedback on last year’s report to improve the quality of this year’s.

Editorial Panel Member Anneka Belmar said: “After a detailed review of last year’s publication, we’ve made several improvements around its design and content, to make it clearer and more tenant focused.”

Has anything new been added?

Editorial Panel and Insight Group Member, Kerry Thompson said: “I’m pleased to see that many of the changes our panel members have requested have been put in place. They include a new contents page to allow you to go different sections easily, more tenant-focused subsection headers, and a boilerplate banner to show who Habinteg is and what we stand for.”

New additions also include information on mould and damp cases and a breakdown on the types of Anti-Social Behaviour, as well as information on our Tenant Scrutiny Panel’s repairs review, and sustainability improvements which are helping to lower your energy costs.

Join the Editorial Panel

The Editorial Panel is a long-standing group that supports and influences our tenant communications including printed materials, website, and social media content.
