Boost your scheme with the Tenant Led Improvement Budget

Our Tenant Led Improvement Budget gives you £11 per property, per year, to improve your scheme.

The budget is our way of putting you in the driving seat of improvements on your scheme, making it a place you and your neighbours are proud to call home.

How the money is used is up to you and your neighbours. You’ll decide and lead on the project, and we’ll be on hand to offer support, advice and ensure you get value for money.

What do you need?

The Tenant Led Improvement Budget is available now and must be spent by 31 March 2022. You could use yours to:

make small improvements to your scheme that are not usually covered by maintenance budgets like fencing, painting lines for disabled parking bays, skips or the removal of graffiti
buy goods that will improve scheme facilities or benefit the scheme as a whole like a bin or bench
arrange a covid-safe socially distanced event for your neighbours this summer
purchase a 'one-off' service to benefit your scheme.

How to apply

Applying for the Tenant Led Improvement Budget is simple, all you need to do is discuss your ideas with your Neighbourhood Manager and complete a form.
