Can’t wait? No problem, we’ll call you back

We’re always looking for ways that we can improve the service you receive from us and we’ve introduced a new call-back feature, which means you’ll no longer have to wait in a queue when you call Habinteg Direct.

While we always do our best to ensure that we answer your calls promptly sometimes, especially during busy periods, you may find that you have to wait to speak to a member of our Customer Services Team at Habinteg Direct.

Now if you call us and have to wait in the queue, our new automated queue call back system allows you the option of hanging up and being contacted once a member of our team is free. Our Customer Services Manager Abida Jamil said:

“We know that everyone’s short on time and no one likes to hang on the phone waiting unnecessarily. We hope that our new automated call back system will help to improve the experience our customers have when contacting the Customer Services Team.”
