Don’t miss out on £400 energy bills support

If you have a gas or electricity prepayment meter, you have until 30 June to claim your energy support voucher from the Government’s Energy Bills Support Scheme.

There are six vouchers worth £66/67 each, giving you a total of £400 to put towards your energy bills. You should’ve received your vouchers between October 2022 and March 2023 and they would’ve been sent directly from your energy supplier.

Your vouchers can be redeemed at a PayPoint shop or Post Office and need to be exchanged by 30 June 2023.

Didn’t get your vouchers?

Check your post, text messages and email (including spam folders) in case you’ve missed them.

If you still can’t find your vouchers or they’ve expired, please contact your electricity supplier. They’ll be able to reissue them to you, but remember you only have until 30 June to redeem your vouchers so be quick.
