Editorial Panel
The Editorial Panel provides the opportunity to improve our communication to tenants. You’ll have the chance to put forward ideas for the content of our ebulletins and tenant newsletters, review the design and content of leaflets and other promotional material, as well as being influential in the development of our annual report to tenants.

Review into the design and content for the annual report to tenants
Tenants from the Panel reviewed the design and content for the annual report to tenants.
The panel also gave their views and reviewed other materials, which led to changes including:
- Sharing additional information around damp and mould
- A greater emphasis on sustainability
- Shaping our printed newsletter which is sent to all tenants twice a year to feature additional articles on the cost of living in 2023/24
- The homepage of the website now includes a specific icon for the Tenant Portal and from December 2024, tenants are able to view their service charge breakdown via the Portal
- A Facebook page for tenants involved in our groups and panels was launched in December 2024
- Profiles of Habinteg staff are shared regularly as part of the printed Update and ebulletins.
