Neighbourhood plans

Your Neighbourhood Plan will document tenants priorities, including repairs and maintenance.  It will also detail what is important for the community in which you live, including  improvements for the communal spaces on your scheme.

The plan will outline how any improvements might be funded, such as our tenant-led improvement fund or our Investment Programme. It will be updated at annually to track the progress of each project or task.

Your Neighbourhood Plan will give tenants signposting information on cost-of-living support, such as food banks and charities in your local area, and details on our Tenant Support Fund, which is a source of funding set aside to support tenants who are experiencing financial hardship.
